I´m back again!

As you can see, there are a few new pieces in my Gallery, not too many, though. It’s because I had to paint some not-DA-suitable pics for an art auction at a convention. Hope my babies will fetch a good price and find some loving new owners. ^_^

Now I will have some time for other projects: I’ve to draw a calendar pic and to do some commissions. Apart from that, I really wish to experiment a little bit with different techniques and to finish some works who have already been lying on my desk for too long.

I´m afraid this will take a while, because I'll be moving house in the next weeks. Not far, only within the city, but all of my art stuff will be packed in cartons and at first there will be no time for painting.
I hope I will make progress with my art because I don´t see that in my recently finished pics. Others do, so I´m slightly calmed. I just take too little time for myself and the pencil. -.-*

There’s still not many new pictures to see, yet – but be consoled, I have just finished all of my non-public commissions and the next one will be for your eyes as, as well!

I bought a new set of acryl paints today (and a new sketchbook, too) and will now want to try my hand at these, as well. I expect extremely horrid colorations. Maybe one of you can give me some advice on how to handle them? All I know is that they can be used with water or without...

The last days here were cold and winter is noticeably on its way. Which is good for this site – when it’s cold outside, I prefer sitting inside, scribbling, to walking around in the cold. This is also the time for aquarell paintings and perhaps I should organize a meeting with other artists once more. Drawing with others is even more fun and a great way to learn more!

My first journal on DeviantArt – It’s Balorkin’s fault!

My apologies to all my watchers who have been waiting for new pictures – I’m working on it, but there are some that I may not publish here.
I’ll have to ask you to be patient a little longer.
